Step by step Tutorial

Step 1 : Create New file form File menu.
Step 2 : Place a background image and apply Filter->Distort->Wave.
Step 3 : Type first text and apply Layer Style with Pattern Overlay and Bevel & Emboss.
Step 4 : Type Second text and apply another Pattern Overlay and Stroke from Layer Style.
Step 5 : Save the image in PSD, JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG etc. formats.
