Good Morning 66 image designed in Photoshop.

Step by step tutorial

Step 1 : Mixed two images with Layers Blending Mode.
Step 2 : Type tow texts in two Layers.
Step 3 : Text with Layer with Layer Style -> Inner Bevel (Bevel shadow blending mode changed to Overlay)
Step 4 : For lower text, the text is Rasterized and used Free Transform -> Distort in Edit menu. Layers Fill option made "0".
Step 5 : On top of all Layers create new Layer.
Step 6 : Select menu Select All (Ctrl+A).
Step 7 : Apply Stroke in Edit menu with some color and width.
Step 8 : Apply Style to it.
