Good Morning 91 image designed in Photoshop.

Step by step Tutorial

Step 1 : Create new file from file menu.

Step 2 : Place any background image with mountains, sky and grass from File menu.

Step 3 : Place another background with sky and send it back of the previous background image layer through Layer's menu Arrange -> Send back.

Step 4 : Delete the sky are of the previous background image.

Step 5 : Place another image with rock ground and change its Layer's Blending mode mix with the previous image.

Step 6 : Create new layer and Select All form Select menu and apply Stroke form Edit menu border.

Step 7 : Apply Layer Style to the border layer.

Step 8 : Save the image in JPG, PSD, GIF, TIF ect.
