Step by step tutorial

Step 1 : Create New file form File menu 'New' with required dimensions and resolution.
Step 2 : Place one Background image with File menu 'Place'.
Step 3 : Place another image and change the 'Layer Blending' mode on layer's pallet.
Step 4 : Place a Flower image and apply 'Layer Style' Outer Glow.
Step 5 : For border surrounding the image 'Select All' form 'Select' menu in new Layer.
Step 6 : Apply 'Stroke' from 'Edit' menu with suitable width and color.
Step 7 : Apply 'Layer Style' from 'Layer' menu.
Step 8 : From 'File' menu, use 'Save As' to save the image in JPG format with any quality.
