Step by step Tutorial
Step 1 : Create New file from File menu with desired dimension.
Step 2 : Place a background image from File menu Place.
Step 3 : Place another image and change its Layer pallets Blending mode to mix with previous background image.
Step 4 : With Type tool, type two text in two different layers.
Step 5 : Apply different Layer Styles to both of the text layers.
Step 6 : Save the image from File menu with PSD format or JPG format or any other formats.
