Good Morning Sunday 11 designed in Photoshop

Step by step tutorial

Step 1 : Create new file from File menu -.> New with required dimension.
Step 2 : Place any background image with buildings and sky.
Step 3 : Apply Filter menu -> Blur -> Radial Blur.
Step 4 : Type text in three different layers.
Step 5 : Apply suitable color and styles to those text layers.
Step 6 : For border Select menu -> Select All in new layer.
Step 7 : Apply Stroke from Edit menu and Layer Style to it.
