Step by step by tutorial
Step 1 : Background image with plants.
Step 2 : Type two Text Layers..
Step 3 : For Good Morning text change color to green.
Step 4 : Change blending mode of the Layer.
Step 5 : Select another text Layer and select text warp to bend the text.
Step 6 : Apply Layer style "Drop Shadow" and change Layer's blending mode.
Step 7 : For border "Select All" (Ctrl+A) and apply Stroke in Edit menu.
Step 8 : Apply any Layer Style to the border Layer.
