Good Morning 74 image designed in Photoshop.

Step by step Tutorial to design this Image.

Step 1 : Create new File from File -> New with any dimensions.
Step 2 : Place two background design images by File -> Place and press enter to confirm.
Step 3: Change the blending mode of the top background layer until the lower layer visible.
Step 4 : Type text with Text tool with good font suitable to the background.
Step 5 : Center align the text and place it in exact center of the image.
Step 6 : Apply any Layer Style to the Text Layer which is suitable to the background layers.
Step 7 : Create new Layer and in Select menu click on Select All to create border.
Step 8 : Apply any Layer Style to the border that suitable to the image.
