Good Morning Sunday image designed in Photoshop.

Designing procedure in Photoshop :

Step 1 : Create one file with any dimension from File -> New menu.
Step 2 : Set Foreground to dark blue and Background to lite blue colors.
Step 3 : Use Filter -> Render -> Clouds.
Step 4 : Apply again and again by pressing Ctrl+F on keyboard, until it gets good looking clouds.
Step 5 : Create another new Layer and fill it with blue or any other color.
Step 6 : Change this new Layers Blending mode and also apply Hue/Saturation (Ctrl+U) to get good result.
Step 7 : Type text. Copy the typed text layer with Layer via Copy (Ctrl+J).
Step 8 : Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur until you get good result to Back typed text layer.
Step 9 : To front typed text layer apply Dotted Layer Style from Styles pallet library.
Step 10 : Use Hue/Saturation from Image -> Adjustments to any layer to get good looking.
