Step by step by tutorial
Step 1 : Create New file from File menu with any dimension.
Step 2 : Place a background image of Sun, Clouds and grass through File -> Place.
Step 3 : Type two text in two different Layers.
Step 4 : Apply Layer Styles to the text layers.
