Step by step Tutorial for this design

Step 1 : Create New file from File menu.
Step 2 : Place one image as background and Place another image to mix with the background from File menu.
Step 3 : Change the Layer's Blending mode to mix the front image with background image.
Step 4 : Type three text with Text tool in three different Layers.
Step 5 : Put the center text layer in between the two image layers.
Step 6 : Apply suitable Layer Style to the text layers to get good layers.
