Good Morning 78 image designed in Photoshop

Step by step tutorial

Step 1 : Create new file from File menu New.
Step 2 : Place any Clouds image through File menu Place.
Step 3 : Type with Text tool on image in three different Layers.
Step 4 : Apply different colors and different Layer Styles to the text layers.
Step 4 : For good result change the Layer's Blending Modes of the text Layers.
Step 5 : Select All from Select menu and Stroke from Edit menu.
Step 6 : Apply Layer Style to this border Layer.
